In 2015, Trip Jones embarked on a life-altering journey in response to a divine calling. He listened to the still, small voice of the Spirit and followed God's lead into the realm of ministry. His deepest desire is to partner with the Almighty in the transformation of lives and rewriting of destinies as the children of God align themselves with the Creator's plan of reconciliation.
In Petoskey Church of Christ, Trip recognized a fellowship uniquely committed to serving the diverse needs of their community. It was a natural fit for his mission.
Trip shares this journey called life with his loving wife, Lori. Together, they nurture two precious children, Ella Claire (5) and Fletcher (1). The Jones family made the bold decision to relocate from Alabama to the picturesque landscapes of northern Michigan in September of 2023.
Trip is an alumnus of The University of Alabama and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Missional Leadership at Rochester University.
Tom Rellinger

Tom serves the church as the Preaching Pastor. His passion is to teach the Word of God to help others in their walk of faith. Diane and Tom have three adult children and a precious grandson. Both Tom and Diane attended Oklahoma Christian University for their undergraduate studies, with Tom completing his Masters in New Testament Preaching at Johnson University. They have lived in Petoskey since 1996.
